1. We do not generate Aadhar cards but only print them in a PVC format, please do not apply if your Aadhar number has not been generated.

  2. Order will be accepted only if PDF file containing E-Aadhaar downloaded from www.eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in is being uploaded; scanned copy of Aadhar will not be allowed.

  3. Cards are printed from PDF file(e-Aadhaar) generated from UIDAI portal.All the information printed on PVC card shall be same as that on PDF (e-Aadhaar).

  4. The quality of the printed card will depend on the file uploaded at your end; therefore ensure better quality for good results.

  5. It is the user’s responsibility to check the correctness of the information provided; any discrepancies will not be corrected by the company.

  6. Update on the order can be seen through tracking services on the website using order ID.

  7. Delivery shall be made 7 working days within obtaining the required information, subject to completeness of the information and activity on UIDAI server.

  8. Complaints regarding printing quality will be admitted within 5 days of receipt of the card. Application for a refund can only be made during this time.

  9. Refund will be issued after deducting Rs.10/- as processing charges in cases mentioned above. However, no refund shall be issued if the user had provided false information during application.
